- Translate official announcements from the ILITY Team into the local language fast and accurately
- Be the voice of ILITY in your region
- Spark daily engagements through local initiatives and discussions
- Keep the community clean and active
- Educate and guide the regional community in the local language
What you should be
- Fluent in your local language and English
- Very present on Discord and ILITY Hub
- Comfortable talking to strangers and keeping conversations live
- Able to turn dead chats into active ones

What you'll do
- Moderate in real time (catch spam, scams, and chaos instantly)
- Answer questions fast and confidently (no "let me check" energy)
- Turn repetitive questions into clean, helpful answers and pinned info
- Keep conversations flowing (not just clean, but engaging)
- Jump into key moments (announcements, launches, news) and drive hype
- Help run events, campaigns, and community pushes
- Surface insights, feedback, and issues to the core team
